Hello from efelle’s Support Team!

In our continued effort to better serve you, efelle’s support ticketing system will be moving to Freshdesk effective Wednesday, July 18th, 2018. On that date, the support URL (http://www.efellesupport.com/) will be pointed to Freshdesk and the existing ticketing system will no longer be accessible.


Do I need to create a new account?

If you had an account in the existing system, your contact information was imported to Freshdesk and you will receive an account activation email following the platform transition.


What does this mean for you and your open tickets?

No action will need to be taken on your part. At the change, open tickets will be migrated, so there should be no effect on resolving your ticket. Do not be alarmed if notes and messages from your existing ticket on the old platform are not present. Our team will work to move over pertinent information to the new ticket and our support specialists will still have access to the old system for reference.
