As part of our ongoing effort to improve our services, our legacy hosting provider has scheduled an update to our network from 10 PM to 11 PM PST this evening.
During this maintenance window, Fusion v4 websites that have not yet been migrated to our new hosting provider may experience downtime, and some users attempting to log into Fusion during this window may receive a 'Cannot connect to database' error message until the maintenance is complete. Newsletter campaigns scheduled during this window will be unaffected.
Once the updates to our network are complete, all services should return to normal. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you encounter any issues accessing your website or CMS after the maintenance window closes, please submit a support ticket and we would be happy to assist you!
