Recently, we became aware of fraudulent email addresses sending outreach emails to efelle clients, informing them that their sites do not have backups, or about updates needed for long term security and performance. These emails were not sent by the efelle team, and should be ignored.


These emails are frequently coming from Gmail addresses such as hello.efelle@gmail.com. As a reminder, all communication from our teams will come from official @efelle.com or @efellemedia.com addresses. Messages originating from our official support portal will be signed from support@efelle.freshdesk.com.
